Congress and the president have crashed the programs’ 60th anniversary party with a slash-and-burn budget that threatens to throw our entire health care system into chaos.
There’s nothing beautiful about the new budget law. Nevadans will be hurt by it. Pretty much the only people to benefit are the ultra-rich, who will get huge tax breaks.
