Today he actually takes home less money than six years ago due to the rising cost-of-living, healthcare and transportation costs.
All UW workers shared a theme: low pay means that quality staff who make the hospital function at its amazing level are leaving. And for those who stay, reduced staffing means heavy workloads (and low pay). Ugh.
