It’s back to the table for Washington State University wage re-opener talks

wsubt60712aWashington State University members at campuses in Pullman, Spokane and Puyallup have voted to reject the 4 percent lump-sum payment offered by management in protracted wage re-opener negotiations under the current, 2013-2015 contract.

This means the Federation bargaining team for the wage re-opener will head back to the table to discuss additional compensation.

The bargaining team discussed these next steps in a conference call Tuesday night (May 6).

The Federation and the WSU administration are looking for additional wage re-opener bargaining dates.
