Registration is now open for 2015 Lobby Training

LobbyTraining-flashWe need your help!

The 2015 Legislative Session is right around the corner and public service employees face significant challenges: we’re facing a projected revenue short-fall of more than $3.2 billion and we need to make sure our legislators don’t balance the budget on the backs of State Employees. At the same time, we need to secure funding for our contracts and protect the critical services we provide.

Attend Lobby Training

  • SAT – JAN 10. 9am check-in; 10-3 training
  • South Seattle Community College, Georgetown Campus, 6737 Corson Avenue S, Seattle, WA 98108 United States

Only you can tell YOUR story. We need you to come to Olympia during the legislative session to educate your legislators about the programs you support, about the difference your work is making in our state and communities, and why continuing to invest in public safety and the safety net is crucial.

Unsure where to start? Don’t worry. Lobby Training is back and better than ever. Join us to learn the most effective ways to talk to decision makers and practice them with a bipartisan group of legislators.

Use the form below to reserve your space and to request travel accommodations. Council 28 will pay for airfare and/or mileage.
