TESC Non-Management Exempt Staff




It was another high-energy day of bargaining with Evergreen’s management team Oct. 9. While there’s still no agreement on just cause, the team did reach tentative agreement on several leave articles important to our union including:

  • Sick Leave
  • Vacation Leave
  • Miscellaneous paid leave, including personal leave

Although the team hasn’t received any feedback regarding its compensation proposal, the team meets with management again on Oct. 30 and anticipates receiving management’s proposal on compensation at that time.

We understand that a group of students met with Art Costantino, the college’s vice president for student affairs, in support of our union and just cause. We appreciate their energy and support!
