On September 21, 2012 negotiations were concluded on the 2013-2015 WFSE University of Washington Collective Bargaining Agreement and the ratification plan was approved.

Given the many improvements in working conditions in this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the crisis in the economic climate, and the possibility of further attacks on our health benefits settlement and salaries if a contract is not ratified, your University of Washington Bargaining Team recommends that you ACCEPT this Agreement.

  • 2% COLA in the first year
  • Additional 2% COLA in the second year
  • Increased Salary for Custodian Supervisor 1 and 2 Job Class
  • $1/Hour Pay Premium for all Medical Center Custodians
  • Educational/Professional Leave
  • Better Layoff Rights
  • Better Schedule Flexibility
